A frustrating, rain affected week 4 of action for the Dragons

Dragons Monday wrap brought to you by HelloWorld Travel Bentleigh, the Travel Professionals!

Senior Men's

It was mostly a frustrating weekend for the Men's sides - loose bowling cost the 1st XI points against Old Mentonian's, the 2nd XI were washed out in the second week of their match against Middle Park and the 3rd XI were beaten comfortably by a strong South Caulfield outfit. The 4th XI however, provided some hope winning their second consecutive match on an otherwise disappointing weekend.

1st XI: OMCC 207 all out def. BDCC 7/198 (Gould 67* & 5/47 including hat trick, Randall 44)

2nd XI: BDCC drew Middle Park

3rd XI: South Caulfield CC 5/170 def. BDCC 86

4th XI: Le Page Park 6/186 def. by BDCC 4/190 (Grinberg 3/30, McIlroy 57*)

Senior Women's

The senior Women's sides were back to double header T20 action this past weekend. The women's 1st XI won their first game before their second was washed out, while the 2nd XI suffered one loss and celebrated their first win of the season.

1st XI G1: BDCC 3/172 def. Box Hill 1/96 (Cameron 72, Pertzel 48*)

1st XI G2: BDCC washed out vs Melbourne

2nd XI G1: Kingston Heath 5/123 Def. BDCC 5/11

2nd XI G2: BDCC 3/103 Def. Tootgarook 4/93 (Johnson 42, LoPresti 2/9)
